I know three other people who are fairly well plugged in (much better than I am), who are frustrated because they find out last minute. I found out about the last one from a blog I check occasionally in Florida, because it was nation-wide. I wish I had something useful to suggest, but if everyone who reads this could pass it on, and if you belong to sponsoring groups ask if they can publicize these earlier and more widely. . . .
