Part 2: Could you file any sort of complaint or legal action against the city for harassment? Could bring the issue(s) to a wider audience. I wonder how they would if a housed senior, like me, went over to a bench with a pillow to cover the “armrest” and tried to take a nap? Or just stared at the sky? Are there official city signs designating each bench a no-sleep zone?

I am so ignorant of the law that I don’t understand how altering “convenience” architecture to prohibit use by certain groups is legal.
