MDC should never work in this field again. I hope this piece facilitates the justice that Katherine deserves, and that MDC is locked up for a very long time.
I’m surprised and shocked that the CNA is allowed to continue working in health care. There should be a full investigation. Home care aides are supervised by a nurse every 60 or 90 days but they have to be trustworthy because they are alone with the client most of the time.
