Thanks! The first link to the index (in the online article) now works for me, but the second one (fifth paragraph beginning, "The index is located here.") does not. Also, the links to the survey go to a brief Google form that candidates can fill out to be sent a link to the actual survey. We (readers) can't see any of the actual survey questions at that link. I can see why they wouldn't want just anyone to be able to fill out the actual survey if they only want data from candidates, but I would appreciate being able to see the questions somehow. Anyway, thanks for this reporting!
I am a candidate in Cumberland and have never received this survey.
This will be very interesting and helpful. However, currently, clicking on the links goes to a "404 - page not found" page.
