Great, someone who thinks he’s going to “get to yes” with the loons on the other side of the House aisle. I was a negotiator for a long time, and in my experience, when you are negotiating with bad faith actors, the way you get to yes is not at the bargaining table. We need smart people with policy chops which he seems to have, but they have to be fighters too.
