The ACLU maintains that RIDOC is interfering with the rights of ACI prisoners and their attorneys to share information confidentially and, in the process, violating their constitutional rights.
I'm glad ACLU is on this, even if they outright refuse to divest from their investments in Israel. Apparently, it would have “very significant deleterious impact on our investment portfolio, including an impact on our achieving diversity of holdings, an impact on our overall investment return, and our need to sell our substantial illiquid assets at a significant discount.” Wouldn't want something silly like human rights to get in the way of your funding, I guess.
The union representing correctional officers is a dangerous, unethical, and lawless mess. And has been for years. But that’s just my opinion.🤬

Sally,
I'm interested in knowing why this is your opinion? I don't know anything about this, and I'd like to know your sources. Thanks!
