Limiting parking when buildings are near publc transit is a good idea, but only if the public transit is ADEQUATE, which it generally is not. What's the point of walking out your door and one block to the bus stop if the bus runs every 30 minutes and you need to get to work?

It is nice that the speaker understands that rising housing costs contribute to homelessness. but we need a much larger effort by the state to build rental housing.
